Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 8tk10 platform — they define the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.

1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 8tk10 platform and all of its services. The terms "8tk10", "we", "our", or "platform" collectively refer to this site and its services.
"User", "player", or "you" refers to any person who is registered on 8tk10 and uses the platform.
8tk10 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify users as early as reasonably possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the revised terms.
2 Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and use the services on 8tk10, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must use this platform entirely of your own free will and choice.
- You may only hold one account; multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- Your account is for your personal use only; playing on behalf of or through a third party is prohibited.
If it is established that a user has violated any of the above conditions, 8tk10 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close that account and, where applicable, withhold any winnings.
Account Management
3 Account Registration & Identity Verification
When registering an account on 8tk10, you must provide accurate personal information. The platform may conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. This process may require a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents.
Withdrawals may be restricted until identity verification is complete. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in account suspension.
4 Account Security & Password
You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your account. Never share your login details with any third party. If you believe your account is being used without authorization, notify the 8tk10 support team immediately.

5 Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. 8tk10 may close or temporarily suspend your account in the following circumstances:
- If a breach of these terms is established.
- If there is suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found.
- If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
- Due to legal or regulatory requirements.
Deposits & Withdrawals
6 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at 8tk10 is ৳300 (three hundred taka), per method. Currently accepted payment methods are:
- bKash — Mobile Banking
- Nagad — Digital Financial Service
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking
- Upay — Mobile Payment
- Bank Transfer — Major banks in Bangladesh
All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Please ensure you provide accurate details at the time of deposit; 8tk10 is not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information.
7 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount at 8tk10 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit, although alternative arrangements may be made in specific circumstances. Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.
Bonuses & Promotions
8 Welcome Bonus Terms
The 8tk10 welcome bonus is up to 120% on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳34,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳54,000.
A wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn: you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, ৳24,000 in bets (i.e., 1,200 × 20) must be placed. The wagering count applies to the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount.
If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit after claiming the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
9 Bonus Abuse & Restrictions
Any of the following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account cancellation:
- Claiming a bonus on multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
- Using coordinated betting strategies to take advantage of bonuses.
- Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times using false information.
8tk10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
10 Fair Play Policy
8tk10 operates as a fair play platform. We use SSL encryption and secure servers. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and cannot be altered.
Neither 8tk10 nor its staff interfere with the outcome of any game. Game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) have their own certification and audit processes.
11 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Depositing funds into an account through fraud, deception, or illegal means.
- Using automated bots or software to play.
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or network.
- Acting fraudulently toward or threatening other users.
- Attempting to steal another person's personal or financial information.
If any of the above violations are detected, 8tk10 may immediately close the account and hold all associated funds.

12 VIP Tiers & Benefits
The 8tk10 VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
VIP tier is determined based on your activity and loyalty on the platform. Moving to a higher tier depends on your overall participation and is at the platform's discretion.

16 Limitation of Liability
8tk10 is not liable for:
- Temporary disruption to access due to technical issues or server outages.
- Data loss caused by a user's own error or negligence.
- Delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
- Problems arising from internet connectivity issues.
Under no circumstances will 8tk10's maximum liability exceed the amount of funds held in that user's account.

Miscellaneous & General Provisions
19 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Both parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the dispute will be settled by the appropriate authority.
20 Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between 8tk10 and the user and supersede all prior written or oral understandings.
